Target Market Determinations (TMDs) are documents that describe the target market, distribution conditions, and other related information about the products that we issue. We are required to provide TMDs about our products under the Design and Distribution Obligations regime.
Why do we need to have Target Market Determinations?
Under the Treasury Laws Amendment (Design and Distribution Obligations and Product Intervention Powers) Act 2019 we are obligated to provide Target Market Determinations.
